Please find a selection of our forms and information packs for download.
Please note that it is important for us to have up to date medical records for your son/daughter. These can be downloaded, printed, filled in and then handed to us.
Welcome Packs
These welcome packs contain all the information you require for your given section. It shows you where badges belong on your uniform, what we do and what we are about. There is also information for parents and forms to be filled in (medical and scout information).

Downloadable forms
The forms in this section need to be kept up to date. If your details change or medical information changes please fill in these forms and return them to the scout leaders. These are issued before any major event and at 6 month intervals.
Shooting Forms & Posters (Scouts only)
Please feel free to download and display the posters at your local hut, we are available to travel with our range - or you can come to us.
Also, if you are a new member to 1st Pontnewydd scouts then you will need to fill in the permission form before you can shoot with us!
